A DAY IN THE LIFE @ IBRO update

We had a great time at IBRO and enjoyed meeting friendly neuroscientists from all over the world. Nearly 200 of the delegates took away DAY IN THE LIFE camera packs and we look forward to seeing their images.

New photodiaries will be posted as they come in. So keep checking back.

And, its still not too late to take part. Email us mansciATgmail.com for a camera pack.

Thanks to the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Manchester and IBRO for sponsoring our trip.

Getting started is simple...
  1. Request a camera pack or packs for colleagues to get involved
  2. Document your day in pictures
  3. Keep a text diary of your day
  4. Return your camera, photos and diary to address provided

Are you a european neuroscientist? Get involved!!

A Day in the Life is a simple and fun way for European neuroscientists to get involved in communicating what you do to the public. Using a disposable camera to document your day, we want to show the public, and young people in particular, what the everyday lives of neuroscientists entail: highlighting the important research work as well as showing the human side to a career in neuroscience.

A Manchester Science Group project www.manchesterscience.blogspot.com sponsored by the European Dana Alliance for the Brain.

To take part, email your postal address to: mansci@googlemail.com with A DAY IN THE LIFE in the subject line and you will receive a disposable camera pack and instructions.
